Itinerary & tour plan

Come and experience Porto, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Europe's most breathtaking cities. With over 150 stories to be unearthed from its famous landmarks and quaint neighborhoods, every street in Porto is a chapter of history. The city's authenticity is reflected in its people, whose friendly smiles will make you feel right at home. Try the famous francesinha, a dish that combines several ingredients, and raise a glass of its famous port wine to indulge in Porto's famous flavors. Here, food, culture, and history come together to create a unique experience.
This stunning 16th-century medieval treasure is located in the heart of Porto's best-preserved historic quarter. This one-of-a-kind stay offers a seamless blend of elegance and heritage, with panoramic views of the Douro River.

Leave the busy metropolis of Porto behind and ride down the Atlantic coast, guided by the fresh sea breeze and pine forests. As you move south, you will pass through captivating coastal towns with astonishing sea views. Furadouro, your destination, is famed for its gorgeous beach, ideal for water sports like surfing, and for its fresh seafood, with local eateries serving delicious fish meals. Try the traditional Portuguese sponge cake, Pão de Ló de Ovar, which you can find in local bakeries.
After a day of discovery, spend the night in a sea-view room at a modern beachfront hotel. Rejuvenate at the spa, which has a heated indoor pool, Turkish bath, sauna, gym, and treatment room designed to melt away your stress.

Soak up the charm of Aveiro, commonly known as the Portuguese Venice. Board a moliceiro, a colorful hand-painted boat once used to harvest seaweed and cruise the city's tranquil waterways. Once ashore, indulge in the local flavors and taste traditional delicacies such as the famous Ovos Moles and learn the secret of the region's sweetness. Don't miss a visit to the salt flats, where you can soak your feet in small tubs of sea salt for a relaxing experience.

Settle down in a renovated 18th-century palace. Inspired by the legacy of Eça de Queiroz, the hotel has a pool, garden, and restaurant. With its Moorish ornamentation, soaring staircase, and stucco ceilings, the design creates a unique art gallery atmosphere.

MS Collection Aveiro - Palacete Valdemouro

Leaving enchanting Aveiro behind for Figueira da Foz, cycle along the canal and through lush green fields to Mira, where the sun dances on the dunes, sea, and vegetation. Discover the charm of Praia de Mira, with its vibrant wooden houses and palheiros - traditional fishermen's huts once used to store equipment. Indulge in a local fish dish and savor the authentic flavors of the Portuguese coast. Afterward, a private transfer will take you to Figueira da Foz, a town celebrated for its expansive beaches and timeless Belle Époque charm. Your night will unfold in one of Figueira da Foz's most iconic landmarks, a historic building of public interest since 2002. This 1950s post-modernist hotel, decorated with artwork by Thomaz de Mello, is ideally located right on the beach, providing easy access to the shore.

Vila Galé Figueira da Foz or similar

Start the day with an optional taxi boat ride across the river, then embark on a journey along the stunning Silver Coast. Cycle through the historic Pinhal de Leiria, a vast forest planted in the 15th century to provide timber for Portuguese caravels exploring the world.
The scenic Atlantic Highway winds between pine forests and the sea to São Pedro de Moel and on to Nazaré, known for its massive waves that attract some of the world's most adventurous surfers. End your day at a magnificent palace built in the early 20th century by the architect Korrodi, now fully renovated. Situated on the seafront, it offers amazing views, a tranquil atmosphere, and exquisite dining in its restaurant and bar.

We've arranged a visit to two of Portugal's most iconic towns - Nazaré and Óbidos. In Nazaré, the country's most famous fishing village, you can immerse yourself in its rich traditions. The wooden boats with their high, curved prows date back to Phoenician times, while the fisherwomen, dressed in seven-layer skirts, wooden clogs, and black headscarves, are a living link to the past. Then head to Óbidos, a walled medieval town. With its narrow, winding streets, and whitewashed houses decorated with flowers and historic monuments, Óbidos is like stepping into a fairy tale. The locals have preserved every detail to celebrate Portugal's heritage. Your day will culminate in a historic 9th-century castle where you'll enjoy a truly medieval experience, combining history with modern comforts and relaxing within the ancient walls of this romantic fortress.

Pousada do Castelo or similar

After saying goodbye to Óbidos, leave your bikes behind and let us take you to Lisbon, the beating heart of Portugal. Soak up the city's rich history and architecture, from the iconic Jerónimos Monastery and Belém Tower to the narrow streets of Alfama, the oldest quarter. Climb to the top of Castelo de São Jorge for panoramic views of the city as it comes to life at sunset. Bairro Alto, once a working-class area, is now a bohemian center with trendy restaurants, bars, and traditional fado houses. Relax in luxurious comfort at a hotel located on Avenida da Liberdade, one of Lisbon's most elegant avenues, right in the heart of the city center. Enjoy their indoor swimming pool and spa, perfect for unwinding.
